Hi, I’m Taran – the creative heart behind Signature Soirées.

As a mom, wife, and detail-obsessed planner, I’ve always found joy in turning life’s meaningful moments into something unforgettable. I’m the one who notices everything—the color palette, the flow of a timeline, the way fresh florals can shift the entire energy of a space. So when it came time to plan my own five-day South Asian wedding during the height of COVID, I couldn’t imagine handing the reins to anyone else.

From navigating changing guidelines and guest lists to designing every event with intention, I planned it all myself, with the help of some truly incredible vendors. Just a month before the wedding, my original venue shut down unexpectedly, and the week of, my makeup artist tested positive for COVID. Still, I adapted, pivoted, and made it all happen—gracefully and on time. That experience didn’t just reinforce my love of events; it proved I was built for this. That’s how Signature Soirées by Taran was born.

I’m also a family nurse practitioner by training, with a background in pediatrics and women’s health. That part of my journey taught me how to listen deeply, stay calm under pressure, and truly care for people—skills that now shape the way I plan and manage every event. Whether you’re planning a multicultural wedding, a luxe micro-wedding, or an intimate gathering, I bring a calm, concierge-style approach so you can actually enjoy your day while I manage every detail behind the scenes.

I live in Mississippi with my amazing husband (my biggest supporter) and our sweet baby boy, who inspires me every day to chase this dream and create beauty in the everyday.
